For me 2020 ended up being a year of sewing more comfy clothes for myself. Above are some of the clothing I sewed.

First is a Black fit and flare dress, in a mid weight bamboo/spandex knit, with a high-low hem, and diagonal pockets at waist. This dress has a fully lined bodice, and ended up being a bit shorter than Iā€™d intended. I love wearing it in the spring or fall with fun leggings.

Next are a Plum and Violet fit and flare dresses, in a mid weight bamboo/spandex knit, with diagonal pockets at waist. For these dresses I chose to not line the bodice to make it lighter for hot summer days. I am very pleased with how comfortable they are.

I am a big fan of button down shirt dresses. This Black button down tunic, was sewn in a lightweight linen, with diagonal pockets at waist. I generally wear it with leggings or shorts. The Purple button down dress, was sewn in a lightweight linen, with side seam pockets.

I sewed a couple knit skirts, the one pictured is black. They are each in a mid weight bamboo/spandex french terry, with diagonal pockets, and a wide waistband. These were great for layering with leggings in the winter months.

I sewed myself this custom hoodie based off of the same pattern as the shirt dresses. I love the fitted waist and the long length. Cozy and cute.
